77+ roles · 4 countries · updated June 2026

What LATAM talent actually costs in 2026.

Most LATAM staffing firms quote you only after a sales call. We publish the numbers up front — by role, seniority, stack and country — sourced from our own placement network and cross-checked against market benchmarks. Why we do this →

    How we calculate these numbers

Primary source: HiresLink's placement network. Actual monthly USD compensation paid to candidates we've shortlisted, interviewed or placed across our 90,000+ structured candidate database. Refreshed continuously.

Cross-check: market benchmarks. Where we don't have first-party data (smaller stacks, emerging roles, secondary countries), we cite "Market benchmark" in the source column and triangulate against public LATAM compensation reports.

What's included: base monthly USD compensation paid to the contractor. Not included: HiresLink's management fee, EOR fees if applicable, equipment, statutory benefits. Ranges show 25th–75th percentile (P25–P75) so you see realistic spread, not a single number.

ENEnglish premium: we flag the typical % uplift bilingual candidates command at each seniority. C2 English in tech tends to carry a 10–25% premium over local market.
