How do prepaid hours work?

Plans are paid in advance and the credits stay available as hours. That means the value is preserved whether the hours are used immediately or consumed later during the monthly cycle.

What if I do not use all my hours right away?

That is fine. The commercial logic is simple: the credits remain available as hours to be consumed in the service cycle, so you are buying capacity, not gambling on same-day usage.

What if I don't like my specialist?
