How much does Staffing cost?

Simple tier pricing: $1,000/mo for salaries under $3K, $1,300/mo for $3K-$6K, $1,600/mo for over $6K. Plus the talent's gross salary. Example: Talent earns $4,000/month → You pay $5,300/month ($4K salary + $1.3K fee). Includes payroll, taxes, benefits, HR, compliance, and unlimited replacements.

What's included in the Staffing fee?

Everything: Recruitment (no extra cost), payroll processing, employer taxes, mandatory benefits, HR administration (vacations, sick leave, performance management), equipment coordination, legal compliance, and unlimited free replacements if needed.

What's the minimum commitment for Staffing?

6 months minimum engagement per talent. After 6 months, you can continue monthly or convert them to your direct employees (absorption option available).

What's the difference between Staffing and Headhunting Pro?

Staffing: We're the employer (EOR), $1,000-$1,600 monthly fee, includes payroll/HR/compliance, unlimited replacements, 6-month minimum with optional $6,000 buyout after 6 months. Headhunting Pro: You're the employer, $500 deposit + 15% one-time fee, you handle payroll/HR, 90-day replacement guarantee, permanent hire.

Yes, after 6 months you can absorb talent as your direct employees. We charge a conversion fee (negotiable based on time employed). Many clients start with Staffing to test talent, then convert top performers.
