    Simple tier pricing: $1,000/mo for salaries under $3K, $1,300/mo for $3K-$6K, $1,600/mo for over $6K. Plus the talent's gross salary. Example: Talent earns $4,000/month → You pay $5,300/month ($4K salary + $1.3K fee). Includes payroll, taxes, benefits, HR, compliance, and unlimited replacements.

    Everything: Recruitment (no extra cost), payroll processing, employer taxes, mandatory benefits, HR administration (vacations, sick leave, performance management), equipment coordination, legal compliance, and unlimited free replacements if needed.

    6 months minimum engagement per talent. After 6 months, you can continue monthly or convert them to your direct employees (absorption option available).
